Managed to test the connections for the 12v using the car as a negative and it wasn’t receiving power at the side repeater or rear indicator on the mentioned side. Just tested the nearside to make sure I was doing it correctly and as suspected I was and receiving 12v at the working side. Will look at the harness next and do a continuity test.. 1. Buy some cheap side repeaters off any car, make sure they have wires still attached. 2. Find your indicator wires, splice into them and lengthen the new wires to reach your mirrors. 3. Solder.
